Awesome Twitter Marketing Tool

Hey Guys,

I mentioned in one of my post recently that I would be focusing on free or very low cost tools that are available for Internet Marketing. I know the economy has hit some people harder than others, so I hope to be able to share tools and strategies with you that you can implement right away to start making some money online. Before I talk about this new Twitter tool, I just want to say this. Please don’t be dragged down by all the media hype about how bad the economy is. Sure, things aren’t as good as they could be but the world is not ending and it has not run out of money. There is plenty of money out there, you just have to want it and know where and how to get at it. So if your one of the unfortunate people that has lost your job or worst yet, your home, I hope some of the things I share with you will get you on the right track to being your own boss so you never have to be worried about being laid off again. Ok, on to this kewl Twitter tool.

I’ve been playing around with a new Twitter application thats still in the beta stages. I was able to get my hands on it before being released as it is going to be part of some software that I use that I’ve purchased some time ago. In case you don’t know what Twitter.com is, I would suggest you do a search in Google, as a full explanation is beyond the scope of this post. Its basically a microblogging site, simialr to social networking sites. Once you have the software setup, which is really easy, and you have a Twitter account(s) registered, the software is designed to allow you to automatically find and add friends based on specific keywords related to your market, and or allow you to gain the add friends of a leader in your field.

Now if you know anything about Twitter, you can probably already see how valuable this tool can be for marketing purposes. You can easily have thousands of followers in a very short time. Now I wouldn’t market to this list like a email list, but if done properly you can funnel free traffic to your moneysites or even straight to an affiliate site. Are you starting to see how you can use Twitter as a marketing tool?

Here is a screen shot of one Twitter account that had 227 followers 2 days ago. As you can see the software has added roughly 250 more. Over 100 new followers a day, may not sound like a lot but that was with just one run with the software.

Every 5 days or so you run it again and it will do the same thing. Not really sure right now where you could put your message in front of so many people in such a short time besides using pay per click. The software isn’t available just yet but due out soon. I’ll Keep you updated!

OK, the software is not free. WHAT! I know I said I would focus on free and low cost tools, well this really is a low cost tool and free if you just want to use for a trail period. You can check out the software for a $1 trial period. I believe the trial is for 7 days. After that I believe the software will sell for somewhere in the low $30 range.

So sign up check the software, crank it up, build a few Twitter accounts with hundreds of followers each and than cancel if its not for you. I can tell you that building a list with this tool you could easily have 800-1000 followers in 7 days. Then manage your list from there without the software. But once you use it and see how well it really does work, I think you will purchase it. But remember, you can do all the tool can do by hand but it will take you a lot longer to build a list of followers over a thousand.

Now I may get in trouble for this because the software itself is not out yet, but, it is part of BruteForce SEO software as we speak and you can sign up for BruteForce SEO right now for $1 trial also and get everything now. But you should only consider this if your somewhat experienced with SEO and social platforms and RSS feeds. Otherwise you won’t be able to utilize all that BFS offers in such a short time.

Free Keyword Tool

Hey guys,

just wanted to share this really neat keyword tool with you. Don’t worry, it doesn’t cost anything. I know things are a little tight right now for some people so I’m going to focus on tools and strategies I use that are free or cost very little.

This neat keyword tool is actually a toolbar for your browser. It’s called CashKeywords. The thing thats nice about it is all the different websites I would have to go to and log in to check things can all be done from this toolbar saving a heck of a lot of time. You can check all sorts of stats such as affiliate CPA offers by networks, related search terms from Google keyword tool, wordtracker and wordpot keyword tool. You can pull up google search trends, you can check demographics from Google insights, Quantcast, and Compete. Hey I could go on but its probably best if you just head over to their site and watch their intro video. It explains everything you can do with CashKeywords toolbar a heck of a lot better I can.

Twitter Blaster - New Viral Traffic Tool

Hey guys, if your not using Twitter to get traffic, you should be. For those of you who are not familar with Twitter, let me get you up to speed.
Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that allows its users to send and read other users’ updates (otherwise known as tweets), which are text-based posts of up to 140 characters in length. Updates are displayed on the user’s profile page and delivered to other users who have signed up to receive them. Senders can restrict delivery to those in their circle of friends (delivery to everyone being the default). Users can receive updates via the Twitter website, SMS, RSS, or email, or through applications such as Tweetie, Twinkle, TwitterFox, Twitterrific, Feedalizr, and Facebook. Four gateway numbers are currently available for SMS: short codes for the United States, Canada, and India, and a United Kingdom-based number for international use. Several third parties offer posting and receiving updates via email. Twitter had by one measure over 3 million accounts and, by another, well over 5 million visitors in September 2008, a fivefold increase in a month. Thats pretty much the definition of Twitter.
Twiiter can be a great marketing tool if used the right way. Basically you need to sign up and create an account. It’s free and takes about 2 minutes if that. Once you sign up you can start sending tweets, which is very similar to texting someone on your phone. Same concept. You can then do a search for members in different catagories. So lets say you are the health and fitness niche. You would find people in that niche and click the button that says “follow” and you will now receive any tweets by that person on your twitter page. 99% of the time when you follow someone they will in turn follow you. That means any time to make a tweet they will get it on their home page. Can you see how this can be used as a marketing tool?
I would suggest that when you first start out, don’t bombard people with affiliate links or advertising. Get to know people a little bit, respond to other peoples tweets, ask questions, etc. Then every now and then throw out a link to your website or blog or affiliate link. When you post something new on your blog let them know about it. Something along the lines of ” hey check out my new post on my blog, let me know what you think” and before you know it you’ll have hundreds of followers that you will go to your site to check it out. Are you starting to see the power of Twitter.

So go and create your account today, browse around a bit and see what other people are tweeting about. Get an idea how they are using Twitter and develop your own style or way of getting your message across without spamming the heck out of them. This is FREE traffic!
